Incorporated into the program is Bible history, liturgy, music, hymn memorization, Luther's Catechism, and Bible memorization.
A public examination is held the Sunday before confirmation. Confirmation day is always on Pentecost. After thorough training, the confirmed class receives its first Holy Communion.
