Dear Congregational Family,

My apologies for not getting this out yesterday! It was a very full day of hospital visits as we have people in four different hospitals around the city, along with complications of snow and traffic.

Veterans’ Day: Monday was the 101st anniversary of the ending of WWI, and the 100th year of the celebration of Veterans’ Day. Thank you, Veterans!! We are so thankful for the freedoms we enjoy in our nation, especially our religious freedoms. Increasingly around the world we are again witnessing a decline of religious freedom and a rise in persecution against Christians. We continue to pray for our brothers and sisters in Christ who suffer for the faith around the world.

Annual Congregational Budget Meeting: This Sunday, we will hold our congregational meeting to present and (hopefully) approve the 2020 church budget. The meeting will be held immediately after each of the morning services.

Sermon text for this Sunday is from portions of the Minor Prophet, Haggai. During this time, the Jewish people rebuilt the temple which was then completed in 517 B.C. The title is “Beginnings & Blessings.”
God bless you as we continue,

“Growing Together in our Faith as the Family of God”
