The Vision and Mission of Ruthfred Children’s Ministry

The Vision of the Children’s Ministry is for every child to know the love of the Lord Jesus Christ and to understand the meaning of a personal relationship with Him.

The Children’s Ministry at Ruthfred exists by God’s grace to grow children in the one true faith through:

  • prayer
  • teaching the Word
  • loving, equipping and encouraging families in their God-given role of discipling their children at home

Childcare is available for the 8:30 and 11:00 Sunday services. So parents with children 0-2 years of age can attend Sunday School, our nursery is staffed during the Sunday school hour from 9:45-10:45.

The sign-up sheet for volunteers is on the bulletin board beside the nursery door.  All volunteers must obtain clearances in accordance with PA law.

Sunday School

Sunday school is offered every Sunday morning at 9:45 am for ages 2 and up.

Kid’s Time

Kid’s Time is for K-6 graders. We have a great time learning about God through Bible drama, large-group games, crafts, and more! Come join us this fall!

PARENTS:  There are groups and Bible studies for your whole family on Wednesday night. We would encourage you not just to send your kids but to get involved as well!
