SWAP

Our middle school group is called SWAP (Students With A Purpose) and is for kids in grades 6-8.  We currently meet every week Sunday nights from 6-7:30pm. 

Confirmation Training

Confirmation is a two year program. The children, after their baptism, are to confirm their baptismal promises and publicly affirm their faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. Incorporated into the program is Bible history, liturgy, music, hymn memorization, Luther’s Catechism, and Bible memorization.

A public examination is held the Sunday before confirmation. Confirmation day is always on Pentecost. After thorough training, the confirmed class receives its first Holy Communion.
